An SPC flooring machine package should identify the main extrusion equipment and the operations needed around it. Review preparation, sheet forming and finishing separately so that an attractive equipment list does not hide missing stages. A supplier’s legacy model names may help start a discussion, but the offered configuration must be matched to your floor construction and confirmed in the current quotation.

Check preparation equipment independently

The earlier list mentioned an SRL-W hot-and-cold mixing unit and scrap crushing or milling equipment. Ask whether these are included in the proposed project and confirm their current identification and role. Establish what material is prepared, how it is transferred and who manages its recipe. A recycling unit should have a defined material stream; its presence is not evidence that every type of production waste can return to the core formulation.

Confirm the main extrusion package

The legacy description referenced an SJSZ110/220 extruder and associated feeding, forming, cooling, haul-off, cutting and receiving equipment. Treat those names as items requiring confirmation, rather than a universal specification for every SPC line. Ask for the selected model, route drawing and supplied component schedule. If a different configuration is recommended, have the supplier explain the decision in relation to the target product and trial plan.

Identify optional finishing operations

Underlay attachment, bevel painting and automatic packing were described as options. Decide whether your floor actually needs them and record their inclusion or exclusion. Review surface coating and locking-profile machining in the same way. A package can be suitable for producing a sheet without providing every operation needed to sell a finished plank. Make the intended delivery point explicit so the factory can plan any separate equipment and material transfer.

Review the package through the target floor

Provide the layer construction, dimensions, surface finish and edge requirements. Ask which operations are demonstrated together and which depend on separate commissioning or testing. Evaluate samples for the agreed properties instead of relying on general claims about waterproof, fireproof or emissions performance.
