LVT Flooring Production Line Trial for a Turkish Customer
A closer look at the equipment, production process and wood-patterned flooring material during a factory trial at Jiahao Machinery.
Jiahao Machinery conducted a factory trial of an LVT flooring production line prepared for a customer in Turkey. The trial provided an opportunity to observe the equipment and flooring material as they moved through the production process.
The photos and videos show the line from several perspectives, including the extrusion section, roller equipment, material conveying and wood-patterned flooring material. Together, they offer a closer look at the production process during a factory trial.
A closer look at the LVT production line
An LVT flooring production line brings together several sections that need to work in coordination. During a factory trial, the team can observe how material passes through the equipment and review the operation of the line as a whole.
For this project, the footage shows the extrusion equipment and downstream roller and conveying sections. A wood-patterned surface can also be seen moving through the line.
Observing the trial process
