PVC and Natural-Fiber Foam Board Lines: Clarify the Board Route
Clarify a PVC or natural-fiber foam board project through formulation, board structure and forming requirements, keeping it separate from laminated flooring routes.
A PVC or natural-fiber foam board line should be discussed as a board-making project rather than a generic WPC flooring line. Define the board’s formulation, section and intended downstream use first. A laminated indoor floor, an outdoor decking profile and a foam board for fabrication do not share an interchangeable equipment specification merely because their descriptions include the word WPC.

State what the board contains
Confirm whether the project is PVC foam board without natural fiber or a PVC composite board that includes a specified fiber. Provide the intended material information and a sample or drawing. Avoid treating wood content, filler loading or recycled content as established facts before the recipe is agreed. Material selection needs to be evaluated with the forming route and the product checks required by the buyer.
Review the proposed foaming route
The earlier description referred to Celuka technology. Ask the supplier whether that route is included in the actual proposal and how it relates to the intended board structure and surface. Review extrusion, die design, shaping, cooling and haul-off as one system. Do not infer an exact thickness range, surface hardness or processing performance from the route name. Those details should be stated for the offered configuration and checked on representative boards.
Define fabrication and surface needs
Discuss whether the board will be cut, machined, fastened, coated or laminated after production. Provide the intended fabrication method so that samples can be evaluated appropriately. A broad statement that the material replaces wood or steel is not a product specification. Confirm the board properties relevant to its application and avoid assuming universal weather, chemical or fastener performance. Include cutting, receiving and any surface-treatment equipment boundaries in the quotation.
Establish a controlled material trial
Use the proposed formulation and board dimensions, then inspect the agreed surface condition, section, flatness and fabrication behavior. Identify which results are available during the run and which require later sample evaluation. Review clean production scrap separately from other waste and ask whether it can return to the selected recipe under defined conditions. Send Jiahao the board sample, formulation information and finishing needs. This allows a board-line discussion to stay focused on its real process instead of borrowing a flooring sequence with decorative film and locking grooves.
